Material of the giraf
The wooden giraffe is made out of 6 mm thick poplar sheet material. The patches on the giraffe are dyed in a dark oak stain to best resemble the giraffe’s natural colour. The wooden back panel onto which the patches are glued is dyed in white wash. You can find these colours on our colour palette.
Dimensions of the wooden giraffe.
The dimensions of the giraffe are 30 x 40 cm (12 by 16 inches). Should you prefer a different size, just contact us.
To place the wooden giraffe directly onto the wall
We can also provide the wooden giraffe without the whitewash back panel. To be able to hang it up, you will receive a cardboard template which you first tape onto the wall on the disired spot. We have already cut out the patches of the giraffe from the template. In these spaces you glue the parts of the giraffe directly on the wall. A fun puzzle activity on a rainy weekend day!
